Brian Vaughan

Brian Vaughan never dreamed of spending more than 30 years in Minnesota after growing up in the desert of southern Arizona. However, a prayer to surrender his life to Jesus at the age of 8 set him on a path of more than 40 years in full-time pastoral music ministry. At 16, he joined a touring ministry team called The Continental Singers, embarking on an eleven-year journey in national and global music ministry as an instrumentalist, singer, and director, ministering in over 30 countries. Along the way, he earned a BS in Arts Management from Northern Arizona University in 1987 and married his sweetheart, Stefanie, in 1988. When not on the road, Brian and Stefanie served in local churches in California and Colorado. Eventually landing in Minnesota in 1993, Brian accepted a call to Grace Church, where he has served for more than three decades, primarily in worship ministry and currently as Senior Director of Engagement, wherehe and his team assist every first-time guest and long-time attender in becoming “connected, serving, members.”

Brian has been happily married to his best friend, Stefanie, for 35 years. Together, they've raised four children, all of whom are now married and actively involved in full-time international, local, and marketplace ministries. The Vaughan family tree continues to grow, with 8 grandchildren bringing joy and laughter into their lives.
