2025 FAF Promo Booth

Registration for promo booths will close Friday, February 7th. Please register by then!

This is an opportunity for you to have a promo booth on Saturday, March 2nd at MN Fine Arts Festival. 

All booths will be set up in the Atrium (the main registration area, just outside the Trask Worship Center Sanctuary). Each booth will be charged a fee of $200 OR the option to provide 5+ volunteers to help at the event throughout the day. If you choose to provide volunteers, there will be a volunteer training and job assignments once your group has arrived to the event. 

You may begin setup on Saturday, March 1st as early as 6:30AM and must be fully set up by 7:45AM. The volunteer meeting will start at 7:15AM (if you are providing volunteers your booth must be set up by then). Your booth space will be assigned with your group’s name on the table when you arrive. Students will be arriving for check-in at 8:00AM. 

You will need to take down your booth no later than 5:30PM that same day.
